Qigong is an ancient form of martial arts and is known for its form of ‘non combat’ due to it’s slow moving exercise and meditative flow.
Qigong is known to be very effective for building your inner core strength and at the same time, working with your inner life force, or the correct term your ‘inner qi/chi’ this helps you benefit with your inner and outer balance.
Promotes good health & wellbeing, inner and outer calm and helps manage your stress levels. Combining the use of your breathe during the slow movements of qigong, this helps maintain your longevity and peace of mind.
I teach weekly classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. All ages are welcome.
