Mindfulness Adventures Retreat – A fusion of Chinese & Western Style Plant Based Cuisine

Where did you get your protein? Delicious Plant Based cuisine with a fusion of Chinese and Western style food.

RECIPE for x8 People:

X8 Peeled Carrots
Chopped Lettuce
Grated Lemon
x2 tins of cooked Chick Peas
X4 Chopped Green Onion
Pine nuts to sprinkle

Dressing:
X1 Tablespoon of Soya Sauce
x3 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice

Cream Sauce:
Silken Tofu
x3 Cloves of Chopped Garlic
Grated Rind of a Lemon
Chopped Green Onion for Garnish
